Product Design

IQ

Exploring how AI could surface insight, automate work and support decision-making within a schema-driven enterprise platform.

Year :

2026

Industry :

Enterprise SaaS / AI

Company :

OneAdvanced

Problem :

Enterprise software contains huge amounts of information, but users are often responsible for finding, interpreting and acting on that information themselves.

The opportunity was to explore how AI could reduce that cognitive load by moving the product from simply displaying data towards actively helping users understand what requires attention.

Solution :

I explored an AI-led experience built around insights and automation, using a schema-driven model capable of working across both smaller contextual datasets and larger organisational information.

AI-assisted development tools were also incorporated into the design process, allowing concepts and interactions to be explored rapidly alongside traditional design and prototyping.

Challenge :

Adding AI functionality alone does not create a useful AI experience. The challenge was determining where AI could genuinely reduce effort while ensuring users retained context, visibility and control over what the system was doing.

The experience also needed to work across different organisational contexts rather than being designed around one narrow workflow.

Summary :

IQ explored what an enterprise product could look like when AI becomes part of the interaction model rather than an isolated feature.

The project demonstrates my ability to design around emerging AI capabilities while keeping the experience grounded in user intent, understandable interactions and practical product value.
